Abstract

Over the past nine years, the development of the creative economy has been seen as a necessary condition for the sustainable socio-economic development of countries. At the moment, the Russian Federation has insufficient dynamics of the development of creative industries. The effectiveness of the activities of economic entities can be assessed through cognitive modeling techniques, which will allow determining the causal relationships of the system of factors related to the activities of creative economy entities, as well as to identify the level of their influence on the overall dynamics of the company. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the use of cognitive modeling techniques to assess the effectiveness of the business entity of service sector of creative industries for solving the problems of activating the creative economy development in the Russian Federation. The article highlights the factors influencing the activities of companies of the service sector of creative industries, they have been united in a system of interdependent and mutually indicators. The author proves the use of methods for constructing a cognitive map and the use of graphs for calculating changes for these purposes.
