Industrial tourism promoting methods: domestic and foreign experience

The article is devoted to identifying methods of promoting the product of industrial tourism (excursions, tours) in Russia and abroad. The issues of promoting the product of industrial tourism, i.e. marketing of industrial tourism is relevant in the scientific community. An analysis of the literature made it possible to identify the most frequently encountered questions raised in publications: the problem of the relationship between industrial enterprises and the tourist business, marketing of a tourist brand of industrial tourism and the problem of its organization. The article considers the practical application of various methods such as: offline and online, digital and using the construction of additional facilities on the territory of plants and factories. The most popular and relevant methods of promoting the product of industrial tourism are analyzed. The use of industrial museums, the use of the "mixed strategies" approach, the integration of industrial tourism and other types of tourism, the use of digital technologies, etc are the most effective and unique methods.
